Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in people and performance management
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience (blue badge/FTE)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• 1+ year of experience in performance measurement, process improvement, or process-based environments
