Job Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive cross-category discovery and sales. This is a remote, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $27/hour and the opportunity to work with a talented team of tech leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new marketing assortments and campaigns
• Own and manage requirements gathering, experimentation, and marketing strategies to support new assortment development
• Define and advance standard operating procedures, best practices, and playbooks to support self-service marketing and experimentation
• Analyze data to measure marketing program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
• Work closely with product, science, and engineering teams to develop and automate new occasional, event, and evergreen assortments

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or product management
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience participating in cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use and interpret data to measure marketing programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience executing and analyzing online tests
• Experience in DTC and e-commerce products/services
