Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented Marketplace Account Specialist to manage our day-to-day activities on Amazon marketplaces (US, CA, UK, EU, SG, UAE, SA, JP). As a specialist, you'll create, manage, and optimize product listings, monitor account health, and analyze sales performance to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize Product Listings on Amazon marketplaces, including descriptions, new ASIN set up, copy and image optimization
  • Monitor and manage overall account health, resolve policy compliance issues, and ensure adherence to Amazon's policies and guidelines
  • Monitor inventory levels and shipments, collaborating with the operations team to schedule replenishments and minimize stockouts
  • Analyze ASIN performance, product sales, margin, returns, ratings, and reviews to inform data-driven decisions
  • Develop and execute advertising strategies with Amazon Account Managers, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Enhanced Brand Content (A content), and Amazon Storefront
  • Review sales and marketing performance with Amazon Account Managers to ensure achievement of performance objectives and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Excel experience, including formulas and functions like V-lookups and Pivot Tables
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central Marketplace management and product optimization, or other 3rd party marketplace experience
  • Knowledge of Amazon A Content, AMS, SEO, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Keyword Optimization (a plus)
