Additionally, you will install hardware, create documentation, develop solutions, and troubleshoot problems within the data center space.

Responsibilities and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 2 years of experience in PC hardware troubleshooting and repair
• 2 years of experience in PC networking
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• 2 years of Linux troubleshooting experience, including firmware flashes and profile setup
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with on-call rotation and night-time support as needed
• Some local travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a data center environment
• Understanding of network design, protocols, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of storage devices
• Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system
• Associate's degree or 2 years of professional or military experience in an IT-related field
