Job Description

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our key account customers in the freight forwarding industry. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless communication, efficient problem-solving, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with customers, carriers, and related supplier departments to handle shipments as per sales/customer instructions.

  • Promptly communicate and provide clear information to customers without any late responses.
  • Check the quality and accuracy of work to meet company standards and objectives.
  • Follow up and handle shipments for smooth operation as per customers/sales and CPL overseas/agents' instructions, fully complying with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet customers/agents' requirements.
  • Take personal responsibility for daily problem-solving and follow up on requests and/or problems that key account customers experience.
  • Escalate points and serve as a single point of contact for the customer on operational performance in general (not transaction-based > first level = Ops or Customer Service).
  • Schedule and prepare regular business review meetings together with the account owner, developing PowerPoint presentations and leading the implementation of any required changes or improvements.

Qualifications:

* At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or shipping.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Freight Forwarding or a related field.
  • Strong Customer Service mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Sales-oriented with operational consciousness.
  • Self-confident with a positive attitude.
  • Strong Negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic, structured, flexible, and ambitious.
  • Self-motivating.
  • Good command of the English language.

Special Knowledge:

* Basic computer knowledge/skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • CargoWise1 know-how in related functions is an advantage.
