The Role

As a Customer Insights (CDP) Consultant at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping our clients unlock business growth through data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to derive insights about customer behavior, preferences, and trends. Your expertise in statistical methods and data visualization tools will enable you to create actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to derive insights about customer behavior, preferences, and trends

  • Develop and maintain advanced data models and statistical methods to analyze customer data
  • Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into business decision making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and visualization capabilities

Essential Qualifications:

* 3-6 years of experience in a role focused on customer analytics, market research, or business intelligence

  • Strong background in data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS) and database querying languages (e.g., SQL)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

* Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)

  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
  • Certification in data science or business intelligence
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
