Job Description

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be working remotely, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Native-level English and Spanish (bilingual) proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in various computer applications and a knack for quickly learning new software
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with openness to potential flexible scheduling in the future
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
