Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Sales and Appointment Setting for arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and setting appointments with our valued clients. You will work from the comfort of your own home as a remote agent, enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with working remotely. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Set appointments with clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* At least 6 months of experience in telemarketing, sales, appointment setting, technical support, or customer service/retention

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools
  • Strong typing and voice skills, with the ability to pass typing and voice tests
  • Ability to complete a background check, with no felonies in the past 5 years
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • USB headset and other necessary equipment to perform job duties

Essential Qualifications
