Key Responsibilities
As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Schedule and Flexibility
As a remote contractor, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you'll have the opportunity to work at times that suit your needs. With arenaflex, you'll have the freedom to manage your time effectively, allowing you to balance work and personal responsibilities.
Earnings and Revenue
Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics. As a contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary and enjoy the benefits of working independently.

Contractual Relationship
As a contractor, you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
