Job Description

As an experienced full stack data entry specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer support team and analyzing data to drive business decisions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information, dashboards, and layout libraries
  • Designing, removing, and disseminating standardized metrics and data visualizations
  • Performing exploratory data analysis, cleaning, and summarization
  • Mining data to gather insights and drive business decisions and operational procedures
  • Stewarding data management requirements for key projects to drive customer story commitment and enhance reality-based action across chief initiative groups
  • Developing fit-for-purpose custom dashboard arrangements and offering scientific support (code documentation, data changes, calculations, etc.) to innovation groups collaborating on scientific insights and proposals into business processes

We'd love to hear from individuals with:

* Moderate experience in store network analysis, visualization, and dashboard development

  • Collaborative approaches to provide effective visual presentations of scientific insights and concise summaries of approaches tailored to diverse audiences, both in discipline and decision-making ownership

Required Information, Skills, and Competencies

* Education: BA/BS with a focus in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Math, Comp Science, Engineering, Economics, or Social Sciences)

  • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business standards and practices to achieve effective results in cross-functional undertakings and activities
  • Business-relevant experience with several Displaying and AI Strategies (regression, tree models, survival analysis, cluster analysis, estimation, inconsistency detection, association rules, etc.)
  • Experienced user of Incorta, Prophet, and SQL
  • Openness and business-relevant experience with several data ETL (Teradata, Python, Java, Ruby, Pig)
  • Openness and business-relevant experience with several analytical languages (R, SAS, SPSS, Stata)
  • Familiarity with big data handling methods, preferred
  • Retail, Customer loyalty, E-commerce, or store network insight, preferred
