Job Overview

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer support to our users. You'll assist our customers in real-time through live chat, helping them with their questions, technical issues, and account-related inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues through live chat
  • Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance

Requirements
