- This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center.
- Hbyrid Role - Required to be in the office 2 days a week
- We service Client of Michigan and Client Network Medicare Part D Members and Providers.
- Handle inbound mail related to M3P program, as well as Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations.
- Monday thru Friday 8am and as late as 6pm. On-site on rotational basis.
- Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
- Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years
- Good computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc)
- Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Willingness to accept change
- Call center experience
- Client knowledge
- CPhT preferred (Certified Pharmacy Tech licensed).
