Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to their problems. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inbound and outbound calls, and managing customer data. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer support to customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
- Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary
- Research and verify information provided by customers utilizing online resources
- Follow communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions to customer inquiries
- Provide customers with product and service information as needed
- Continuously learn and train to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills
- Update job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities
Essential Qualifications
* Professional work ethic
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
- Active listening with the ability to resolve customer issues
- Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
- Minimum typing speed of 25wpm
- Ability to identify and escalate priority issues
- Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
- Quiet work space
- High-speed internet
- Bi-lingual skills a plus (Spanish or French)

* Experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of customer service software and systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
