The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch customer service and sales support to our clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling/cross-selling our services to drive revenue growth. This is a remote opportunity, and you will work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell arenaflex services, driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products/services to provide informed and effective sales support
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, as set by management
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • At least one year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on sales and customer relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a sales or customer service role, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products/services and industry trends
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
