Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide support and information regarding products and services. - Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately during customer interactions. - Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base. - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. - Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all customer communications. - Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improving service delivery. - Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.
