Job Summary

As a Customer Loyalty Representative, you'll be responsible for processing rentals for our loyalty program members, offering them products and services, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance their travel experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Process rentals for loyalty program members, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions

• Offer products and services to customers, such as additional insurance coverage, fuel options, and vehicle upgrades
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

What We're Looking For

* Valid Driver's License

• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
• Engaging personality and effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in the transportation industry or a related field
