As a Customer Care Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service, from package delivery to customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Documenting delivery information into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Collaborating with regional facilities to create a seamless customer experience
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues, escalating them to management as necessary
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
• Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the package delivery lifecycle

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you will need:

• The ability to multitask on a computer while on phone calls, using multiple applications and software
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively and empathize with customers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
• A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
• The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
