Job Summary

As a Weekend Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and digital chat. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve problems related to entertainment events, multitask efficiently to manage real-time events, and leverage your computer skills to navigate our support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Previous experience in in-person phone, messaging, and live chat support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
