Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Strategy and Portfolio Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Strategic Planning: Developing and executing comprehensive customer organization plans and strategies that drive business growth and excellence.
* Managing Cross-Functional Projects or Portfolio Planning: Leading the development, management, tracking, and monitoring of customer organization performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Executive-Level Storytelling: Developing and delivering high-quality, executive-level presentations that communicate complex ideas and strategies to senior leadership.
* Developing Strategies, Plans, and Decisions: Creating and implementing strategies, plans, and decisions that drive business growth and excellence.
* Establishing and Maintaining Cross-Functional Partnerships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including customer, commercial, and operations teams.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Knowledge of Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Portfolio Management Principles: A deep understanding of project management, strategic planning, and portfolio management principles, including the ability to develop and execute comprehensive customer organization plans and strategies.
* Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Creating High-Quality, Executive-Level Presentations: The ability to create high-quality, executive-level presentations that communicate complex ideas and strategies to senior leadership.
* Ability to Deliver a High Volume of Executive-Level Presentations in Short Periods of Time: The ability to deliver a high volume of executive-level presentations in short periods of time, with a focus on quality and impact.
* U.S. Citizen or Authorization to Work in the United States: A U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
* Ability to Use a Computer and Other Office Productivity Tools with Sufficient Speed and Accuracy: The ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job.
