Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue.
  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about the products and services offered by our clients.
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by our clients.
  • Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it is highly preferred).
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience (although not required).
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
  • Availability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

* Previous experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of the products and services offered by our clients.

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest developments.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
