Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advocate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional sales and customer service support to customers via phone and other communication channels
  • Analyzing customer inquiries and resolving issues and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilizing sales and customer service communication skills to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have at least 1 year of call center experience within the last 3 years
  • Be a high school graduate or have your GED
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Have a stable work history and a strong commitment to your job
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances

Preferred Qualifications

We also prefer candidates who:

  • Have experience working in a utility or related industry
  • Have a strong background in sales and customer service
  • Are highly motivated and self-disciplined
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Schedule and Requirements

As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be required to:

  • Work a schedule that includes Monday-Friday (8:00am-7:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am-1:00pm)
  • Be available for a few weeks of paid virtual training from 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • Be located within 60 miles of Columbus, Ohio
