Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Communication Channels: Respond to email leads, text messages, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing Customer Support: Assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Scheduling Appointments and Tours: Coordinate appointments and tour reservations as needed, ensuring seamless communication with clients.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including tracking and reporting.
  • Daily Reports and Documentation: Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records as required.
  • Initiating Service Calls: Initiate service calls for customers, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Lease and Addendum Management: Initiate, modify, and finalize leases and addendums for customers.
  • Vendor Scheduling and Purchase Order Management: Assist with scheduling vendors and managing purchase orders.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Office Experience: Previous office experience is preferred, but not essential.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient Computer Skills: You should be proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office.
  • Technology Skills: Excellent technology skills, including the ability to work on multiple tabs and systems simultaneously.
