Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you will interact with customers via inbound calls, providing support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support
  • Achieve specific support and resolution on every call
  • Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences and support to clients
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and/or GED required
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required)
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work rotational shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technologies
  • Experience with problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
