Job Summary

As a Licensed Insurance Representative - Customer Service at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in responding to customer inquiries and concerns, connecting with customers via phone, and assisting them with filing claims and vehicle repairs. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, where no two days are the same, allowing you to discover your potential and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with customers via phone to file/document claims for accidents

  • Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
  • Communicate with medical providers and insurance entities regarding claims
  • De-escalate and resolve customer issues as necessary
  • Track all relevant call information for auditing purposes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth claims process
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet customer needs and expectations

Essential Qualifications

* Active Adjuster Insurance License

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to type at least 25 wpm
  • Proficient in using desktop computer systems
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in the insurance industry

  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
  • Experience with claims processing and management
  • Proficiency in using software applications, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office
