Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Assistant to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through our live chat platform, providing accurate information about our products and services, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred. -

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. -

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using live chat platforms, CRM software, and general computer applications. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues. -
