This is a remote opportunity, offering a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $105,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.

About Our Team Our Credit and Fraud Risk team is a critical part of our business, responsible for managing enterprise risks and developing industry-first data capabilities. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project deliverables to achieve business results
• Work effectively in a team environment to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions
• Communicate complex ideas and solutions to stakeholders
• Learn quickly and work independently on sophisticated, unstructured initiatives
• Integrate with cross-functional business partners worldwide

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in a related field
• Ability to drive project deliverables and achieve business results
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Operations Research)
• Advanced degree (Masters+) is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Java, Hive, Yellow Brick, or Python is a plus
