As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues and meet customer needs

• Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer concerns and preferences
• Meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise to promote our products and services
• Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and improve customer retention
• Demonstrate an enthusiastic personality, providing a positive and engaging experience for customers
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

• Flexible scheduling: 8-hour per day shifts, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities

• Proven track record of success in customer service and sales
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn new technologies quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Reliable internet connection with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
• A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
• A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
