We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates at Tech Mahindra, located in Noida Sector 62.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by providing top-notch resolutions to customer queries and issues. Job Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals

Work Schedule and Shifts:

You will be working 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off, and shifts will be 24/7 rotational (day shifts for female candidates, 24/7 for male candidates).
