Your Mission:

As a Brand Sales Specialist, you will co-create with clients to develop tailored solutions that drive productivity, improve business performance, and foster a culture of innovation. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, earn their trust, and demonstrate the value of our industry-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management and Value Definition: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, define our value proposition, and engage key decision-makers.
  • Engaging, Compelling, and Influential Communication: Communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
  • Sales Process Management and Collaboration: Oversee the entire sales process, expand new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast sales performance and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Business Problem Discovery and Solution Development: Identify business problems and technical obstacles, and develop tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Value Selling and Pricing Strategy: Apply value selling techniques and develop pricing logic that drives business outcomes.
  • Adoption of Sales Best Practices: Embody our sales culture and adopt best practices that drive success.

Required Expertise:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, with a proven track record of success in acquiring new clients.
  • Strong business acumen, effective communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting management, including business development, mentoring, technology solutions development, and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with business infrastructure concepts and technologies, such as Middleware, Integration, API, SOA, Microservices, ESB, SOAP/REST, Docker, Kubernetes, VMWare, Azure, GCP, and AWS.

Preferred Expertise:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the automation market, with the ability to consult with clients and build trust.
  • Experience with AI-Powered products and solutions, and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
