As a Business Development Executive, Commercial, you will be responsible for driving market expansion, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our Commercial team, selling Equifax Commercial Business/SMB data solutions. If you have a strong passion for sales, a hunter mentality, and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new customers through prospecting, cold calling, email marketing, networking events, and online research
  • Drive pipeline development and sales execution, managing sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records in CRM software
  • Negotiate and close deals, effectively negotiating contracts and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth and deliver meaningful customer value
  • Build relationships with economic buyers, decision makers, and influencers in target customers
  • Leverage account, solution, and delivery team resources to advance opportunities and lead account strategy motions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a net new business sales role
  • Proven track record of sales success, hitting or exceeding KPIs
  • Experience selling consumer or commercial data to businesses (B2B) is a plus
  • A hunter mentality, with a strong work ethic, high degree of initiative, and passion for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
