About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to users of our social media platform, Match Awards. As a remote team member, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with our team to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized onboarding support to new users, empowering them to create effective profiles and maximize their contract, grant, financing, and loan opportunities.
  • Engage with users on social media, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through our in-house ticket system, chat, conferencing, and phone support.
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve potential product bugs and issues.
  • Analyze relevant data to identify trends, failures, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with our marketing team to optimize PPC and SEO strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media or a related field; higher level education accepted.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VPN, and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills; ability to utilize AI for research.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Native English speaker or fluent with the ability to communicate in one or more additional languages.
