Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and friendly assistance via phone, email, and in-person. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction with our events and services, and we offer a competitive salary of $20-$27 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance
• Manage registration and payment processes for events and leagues with accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate event details, rules, and schedules to participants in a clear and professional manner
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event operations and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records and data
• Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to continuously improve our services and processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sports or event management setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
