Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming communications related to our loan services. You will provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, address questions regarding loan products, and guide clients through the loan application process. Key Responsibilities

  • Document interactions: Record customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Maintain product knowledge: Stay informed on the latest loan products, policies, and industry regulations.
  • Adhere to compliance standards: Ensure all client interactions align with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM applications, and telecommunication systems.
  • Capable of efficiently addressing customer concerns and resolving them promptly.
  • Diligent in managing and documenting customer inquiries and interactions.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial sectors.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance or related fields is advantageous.
