Customer Service Representative - Remote (PA, TN, FL) - Transforming Healthcare with Compassion

About the Role:

  • Respond to patient inquiries with care, detail, and empathy
  • Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits and address concerns
  • Document patient interactions in real-time
  • Escalate concerns as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
