We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Admin Support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a fair and efficient manner, utilizing problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Enter orders and manage customer accounts in our database with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing our database and CRM systems
  • Manage social media accounts and respond to customer comments and messages, demonstrating a strong understanding of social media management and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Proficiency in Google-related services and Slack, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Experience with social media management is a plus, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and customer engagement strategies
