Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, warm, and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and development
• Communicate effectively with families, providing daily updates on student progress and encouraging partnership and support

• Maintain accurate records, including attendance, child portfolios, and other documentation required by local agencies
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Must pass state-required criminal background check
