Assistant Night Manager - Full-Time Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Night Manager to join our team at BJ's Wholesale Club in South Freeport, ME. As an Assistant Night Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the club's operations during nighttime hours, leading and developing a team of overnight associates, and ensuring exceptional member service and merchandising excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the club and overnight team members in the absence of the Night Manager, providing coaching, teaching, and development to ensure excellent member service and effective merchandising
• Model and provide excellent member service, while training and motivating overnight team members to do the same
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, signed, and available for sale in proper quantities throughout the store
• Follow and execute company directives related to merchandising, resets, and sales initiatives within the allotted time
• Maintain all club policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and positive environment for team members and members

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License required
• Forklift operator certification (will be provided by BJ's)
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, grocery, and/or management experience preferred
• Prior forklift operating and merchandising experience required
• Open shift availability required
