We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Virtual Tutor to join our team of educators at Tutor Doctor, a renowned international organization dedicated to the success of our students, tutors, and employees. As a Virtual Tutor, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and backgrounds, providing one-on-one virtual tutoring in College Organic Chemistry Honors and other related subjects.

Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing virtual tutoring sessions to students, creating personalized lesson plans, and adapting to different learning styles. You will also be required to provide session reports, balance tutoring hours, and respond to client concerns and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality virtual tutoring sessions to students in College Organic Chemistry Honors and other related subjects
• Create personalized lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each student
• Adapt to different learning styles and abilities
• Provide session reports to our office and families within 24 hours of each tutoring session
• Balance tutoring hours and respond to client concerns and requests in a professional and timely manner

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field and industry preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tutoring/teaching in specialized education fields preferred
• Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees are a plus but not a requirement
• Experience with basic Database/ Data Entry
• Strong administration skills, typing, PC, and recording skills
• Access to the internet, a computer, and a smartphone
