As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to drive positive outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  • Implement behavior support and treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized therapy programs
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
  • Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (1 year minimum)
  • ABA experience preferred, but not required (we provide training)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs
  • Perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, or standing for periods of time
  • Respond quickly to the movements and behaviors of children
