We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Center-Based Behavior Technician to join our team in Glendale, AZ. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism develop critical skills and reach their full potential. Job Summary

As a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training
• Following individualized treatment plans and behavior reduction protocols
• Collecting, recording, and summarizing data on client behavior
• Assisting with parent and caregiver training
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for the RBT competency exam within 45 days of employment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation and proof of driver's license and valid car insurance (if applicable)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically perform the demands of the job
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and excellent communication skills
