About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer to bring innovative ideas, new solutions, and strategic vision to life through outstanding design. As a member of our Innovation Incubator team, you'll explore problem and opportunity spaces in new technologies, new products/services, and new ways of working. Your mission will be to bring ideas and solutions to life with great design, employing customer-centered design principles, skills, methods, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversations based on organizational strategy and principles to create alignment
• Facilitate discussions across teams, ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to share their opinion and be heard
• Guide discussions toward decisions, clarify user experience strategy, and get buy-in
• Create highly detailed design artifacts to clearly communicate a compelling desired future state for the product
• Develop and maintain UI components, patterns, libraries, and guidelines for a cohesive user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business goals, objectives, and user needs

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience delivering successful design work (Product Designer Senior) or 5-7 years of experience in design, design thinking, or related discipline (Product Designer Lead)
• Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Design, Business, or related field
• Portfolio of work showcasing a strong sense of visual design
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders
• Knowledge or work experience in design, design thinking, or related discipline
