As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in partnering with product teams to bring innovative ideas to life, inspiring and delivering elevated experiences for our customers and products.

Overview of the Role: As a Product Analyst, you will work closely with product managers, product designers, and software engineers to deliver products and services that align with our strategic priorities and achieve product-market fit. You will be an active participant in the organization, delivering high-quality products through analytical services, data stewardship, technical requirements, and operations support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product management, product design, and software engineering to deliver products and services that meet customer needs and drive business success
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business, processes, services, and operations
  • Act as a technical data steward, supporting efforts to document data definitions and key business metric calculations
  • Work with software engineering, data engineering, and architecture to determine how to develop solutions that meet product and customer expectations
  • Implement maintenance and efficiency procedures, monitor product health and stability, and troubleshoot reported errors

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • SQL
  • PowerBI
  • Tableau

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with product management, product design, and software engineering in a modern development environment
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tooling and code base analytical tools
  • Advanced understanding of metrics and monitoring methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and strong deductive reasoning skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $83,000.00 - $138,200.00
