We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Hire Manager, Global Hardlines Licensing to join our team and play a key role in developing and executing global brand commercialization strategies for collectibles, trading card games, and trading cards.

This 8-month project hire role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our beloved brands and franchises. As a Project Hire Manager, Global Hardlines Licensing, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, retail landscape, and consumer insights to inform global brand commercialization strategies
• Developing and managing strategy documents and presentations to communicate insights and key information to global stakeholders
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to establish efficient workflows and rules of engagement for teams involved in the development process for trading card games and trading cards
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of related experience in brand and property positioning, retail business development, and licensing and product development processes
• A strong understanding of the retail environment and distribution channels
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Keynote

Preferred qualifications include experience in the collectibles, trading card games, and trading cards industries.

We offer a competitive salary range of $103,500 to $138,800 per year, depending on experience and location, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health and savings benefits, educational opportunities, and special perks that only Disney can provide.
