Remote Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative - Short Term Contract Opportunity

Join IQVIA, a leading global provider of commercial solutions, as a Program Support Representative - Call Center Rep, and play a vital role in delivering patient support programs to those in need. As a 100% remote (work-from-home) contract representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, payment assistance solutions, and support to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals. This short-term contract role offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 and the potential to be converted to a full-time IQVIA employee.

IQVIA's Commercial Sales & Medical Solutions (CSMS) organization is dedicated to launching and marketing pharmaceutical and medical products. As a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative, you will be the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals, fielding requests such as card activation, program eligibility, and explanation of program benefits. Your strong communication skills, pharmacy technician experience, and knowledge of HIPAA will enable you to provide top-notch support and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact
  • Quickly assess and resolve customer issues, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate area as needed
  • Document information specific to the resolution and recognize operational challenges, suggesting recommendations to management
  • Work 40 hours per week (shifts based on availability) under moderate supervision

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA knowledge/experience
  • Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
