RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) - Full Time Job- Moncks Corner, South Carolina

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for a full-time role with school districts in the area. Responsibilities... • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). • Collect and record data on student behavior and progress. • Work one-on-one with students to teach and reinforce desired behaviors. • Support students in developing social, communication, and adaptive skills. • Assist in the development of instructional materials and activities. • Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and plan interventions. • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff. • Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. • Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). • Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder. • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff. • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
