Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for: Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information. Assisting customers in making informed decisions. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively. Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Staying up-to-date with product and service information. Following up on customer interactions. Contract Length There is no fixed term for this position, giving you the flexibility to work on your own terms. Pay Rate The pay rate for this position is between $25 - $35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. Skills/Background Needed To qualify for this position, you must have: A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions. A reliable internet connection. Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.
