Position Overview

As a Customer Service Expert – Onsite at arenaflex, you will serve as the critical link between our valued clients and their customers. Working from our Bristol, Tennessee location, you will field a wide range of customer inquiries, resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, and represent arenaflex's commitment to excellence in every interaction. This is an onsite position, and candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Bristol, TN.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Expert, you will be entrusted with a variety of important duties that keep our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Inquiry Management: Handle and thoughtfully respond to all incoming customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring each interaction reflects arenaflex's high standards of service.
  • Active Listening and Empathy: Provide excellent customer service by practicing active listening, understanding the customer's needs, and responding with genuine care and professionalism.
  • Confidentiality and Sensitivity: Work with confidential customer information and treat all data with the utmost sensitivity, adhering to arenaflex's strict privacy and security protocols.
  • First-Call Resolution: Strive to resolve customer issues on the first call whenever possible, using proactive problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of available resources.
  • Clear Communication: Appropriately and clearly communicate with customers, ensuring they understand the steps being taken to address their concerns.
  • De-escalation Techniques: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise, using proven techniques to manage challenging situations with grace and composure.
  • Escalation Management: Escalate interactions to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary and appropriate, ensuring a seamless handoff and continued customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately track all call-related information for auditing, reporting, and quality assurance purposes, maintaining detailed records of every interaction.
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Provide constructive feedback on recurring call issues, contributing to ongoing improvements in processes, training, and customer experience strategies.

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will need a combination of technical aptitude, interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping others. The following qualifications are required:

  • Age Requirement: Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Education: High School Graduate or equivalent GED required.
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy.
  • Technical Comfort: Comfort with desktop computer systems and the ability to navigate Windows operating systems with ease.
  • Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
