Your Role: Customer Sales and Service Representative

As a Customer Sales and Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the trusted first point of contact for our valued customers. Combining your natural sales instincts with genuine empathy, you will deliver world-class customer experiences while helping clients navigate our comprehensive suite of products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Answer incoming calls from customers and professionally respond to a wide range of requests regarding installation, disconnection, service changes, account modifications, and general inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Relationship Building: Instill confidence and long-term loyalty in customers through thoughtful, active listening. Use your deep knowledge of arenaflex’s products and services to effectively service, retain, and delight every customer interaction.
  • Consultative Selling: Proactively identify customer needs and recommend the right arenaflex products and services to meet those needs. Drive monthly sales goals while consistently delivering outstanding customer experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to service quality, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues. Take full ownership of problems from start to finish and follow through to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise: Respond comprehensively to customer questions about arenaflex products, services, features, and promotions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and knowledgeable resource.
  • Order Accuracy: Verify the accuracy and completeness of all service orders, making necessary corrections and changes to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Collections Support: Professionally negotiate the collection of overdue bills while maintaining positive customer relationships and identifying opportunities to retain customers who may be at risk of churn.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as required to meet the dynamic needs of our customers and business operations.
  • Systems Management: Effectively manage multiple systems, databases, and work tools while simultaneously engaging with customers on the phone, demonstrating strong multitasking and technical aptitude.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven customer service and sales skills with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with detail and precision.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
  • Must live within 75 miles of the current reporting location for the duration of the contract.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
  • Willingness to attend occasional in-person trainings, team huddles, and meetings at the office location as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a related field or two or more years of relevant customer service or sales experience.
  • Previous experience working in a customer service call center environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with collections, billing inquiries, or accounts receivable.
  • Track record of success selling products and services in a goal-driven environment.
  • Experience navigating multiple computer systems and digital tools simultaneously.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a strong plus.
