  • Source Consolidation: Transfer data from varied formats (PDFs, spreadsheets, handwritten notes) into standardized, searchable systems.
  • Organization & Sorting: Categorize and prioritize incoming data sets, maintaining a clean and efficient data repository.
  • Voice & Non‑Voice Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, providing clear information and support to customers.
