Position Overview – Customer Service Associate (Bilingual – Spanish/English)

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the front‑line voice for our borrowers and dealer partners. You will handle inbound calls, resolve disputes, provide payoff quotes, and ensure a seamless experience for every customer who contacts us. This role is remote‑first, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while adhering to a consistent Eastern Time schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality, empathetic service to callers in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
  • Open, document, and track client complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
  • De‑escalate challenging situations and, when necessary, route issues to the appropriate manager.
  • Reconcile customer disputes related to outstanding balances and provide accurate payoff information.
  • Achieve departmental goals and activity metrics, including call handling time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports to your supervisor.
  • Generate and communicate payoff quotes to dealers and borrowers.
  • Provide written account details upon customer request, maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
  • Answer inbound calls, handle transfers of ownership, and support other ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Career Development Rotation (CDR) – Your Path to Broader Impact

The arenaflex Career Development Rotation is a structured, 12‑ to 16‑month program designed for full‑time bilingual employees. Starting in Customer Service, you will rotate to the Funding department, gaining cross‑functional insight into loan origination, risk assessment, and portfolio management. This exposure equips you with a holistic understanding of our business and positions you for future leadership roles.

What You Bring – Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated career stability with at least one year of relevant customer service experience.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written), with the ability to switch seamlessly between languages.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding service to both borrowers and dealer partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for up to one week, twice per year, for company‑sponsored training and team‑building events.
